  • The prize is sponsored by Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Limited (Sponsor). The Sponsor’s sole involvement in the competition is the provision of the prize to the promoter. The Sponsor is in no way involved with the operation and running of the competition.
  • Prize consists of a voucher for the four star Wineport Lodge in Glasson, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, which will entitle the bearer to two nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation and one table d’hôte dinner for two people.
  • Employees or agents of The Irish Times and Aviva Health Insurance Ireland Limited, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • Prize is as offered and no cash alternative will apply.
  • Prize is non-transferable.
  • The prize is valid on any date up to 31st December 2013, including mid-week, subject to availability and excluding bank holiday weekends. The prize will not be valid after 31st December 2013.
  • For the avoidance of doubt the prize will entitle the prize winner to stay in a deluxe lakeview room, but the prize winner may elect to use the prize to stay in another room the rate for which is less than or equal to that of a deluxe lakeview room, if a deluxe lakeview room is unavailable on their chosen dates or for any other reason.
  • Neither the promoter nor the Sponsor shall have any liability to the prize winner in the event that the prize cannot be used on any date due to the unavailability of rooms in the Wineport Lodge.
  • The decision of Wineport Lodge as to the availability of rooms is final.
  • The prize winner is required to contact the Wineport Lodge directly to arrange redemption of the prize.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
  • A valid entry consists of a correct answer entered in the form above, accompanied by the entrant’s name and email address.
